Return Policy
Medications & Supplements - No Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, all sales of medications and supplements are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any medications or supplements once they have been purchased.
Non-Consumable Products - 30-Day Return Policy
For non-consumable products such as waist trainers and other physical items, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- Items must not show any signs of wear or damage
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@blissbodyhealth.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- All medications and supplements
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective non-consumable product, please contact us immediately at support@blissbodyhealth.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
