1. I'm new to GLP-1 medications. Where do I start?

2. How do I track my medication order?

Please log into your patient portal to track your medication or you can reach out telehealth partner at support@dosevana.com / 972-843-7272

3. Who handles medical questions?

All medical evaluations, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are handled exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals through our affiliated medical partners.

4. How do I receive the FREE waist trainer?

Place your qualifying order (GLP-1 or Lipo injection).

5. How do I qualify for the complimentary vacation?

Simply make a purchase — every order automatically enters you to win! Qualifying purchases include any order placed through:

Both medical and non-medical products qualify. Each time you order from us, you receive another entry.

6. How are winners selected?

We select 5 customers per day to receive a complimentary vacation. If you are selected, you will be notified and will receive one complimentary vacation add.

7. How often can I receive this incentive?

One complimentary vacation per household every 12 months.

8. What does the vacation include?

Luxury hotel accommodations with the room rate covered (valued up to $250 per night in the U.S. and up to $350 internationally).

You are responsible for airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, resort fees, and personal expenses.

9. Are timeshare presentations required?

No timeshare presentations are required.

10. Can children attend?

Yes. However, this promotion is designed as a Couples Getaway (2 adults maximum). Some properties may allow up to 2 children under age 12 depending on availability.

11. Is group travel allowed?

No. Only one incentive per household. Group travel or combining incentives is not allowed.

12. When must I activate?

You must activate within 7 days of receiving your voucher.
Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation.

13. How do I redeem?

17. What is the travel fee?

$150 for one-person home/business visit.

Travel fee waived for groups of 2 or more.

18. Are office visits available?

Office visits will begin in April in Columbia, Maryland.
You may join the waiting list by providing your first name, last name, and phone number.
